本機為六輥精軋機，由壓上裝置、機架裝置、輥系部分、平衡裝置、主傳動、換輥裝置等組成。其主要功能是軋制帶材，滿足一定厚度。設備組成，機前機后裝置、六輥軋機、液壓四棱錐卷取機、支撐輥液壓換輥裝置、普通液壓系統、AGC液壓系統、稀油站、工藝潤滑站、電控、測厚儀、機組地腳螺栓等組成。
This machine is six-high finishing rolling mill , which is composed of a press up device, a machine frame, a roller system, a balance device, a main drive, a roll changing device. Its main function is to roll strip, to meet certain thickness. Device composition,by machine front and back device,six roll mill, four pyramid hydraulic coiler,hydraulic roll changing device of supporting roller,general hydraulic system, AGC hydraulic system, thin oil station, oil and gas lubrication system, process lubrication station, electronic control unit, thickness gauge, anchor bolt etc.
